The mission of this design/build project was to transform the interior of a standard national chain retail space into a high fashion custom boutique.
Nationally recognized, NCR Country Club located in Kettering, Ohio and home of the 2005 US Senior Open was the notable site of this project. 
An opportunity was present to assist a local communications company’s Training and Marketing Division with much needed expansion and renovation of their existing space. 
The contractor’s design capabilities and construction involvement transformed the structure into a venue that has become a before game, after game and anytime stop for those that enjoy good food and good times.
The project was originated by the client’s request to assist with a new retail transaction counter area. We sent our Design-Build team to the task and created a new vision of the total retail environment. 
A unique opportunity arose from the recent success of the client’s internet sales. Corporate image enhancement of their facility was needed to further define the quality of products and services they offered through their web site.
