Greg Thompson, President/Founder. Since its beginning in 1987, Greg has guided the company with steady, positive growth. He has created successful, on-going partnerships with several regional developers. His experience is founded in the construction industry. His ability to assemble key staff members has grown the company to be the area’s leader in construction, remodeling, and fire restoration.
Jeff Goldman, Controller. Jeff has 20 years of construction industry experience. His experience ranges from ownership of a remodeling firm to operations management. Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Miami University.

Gene Tartell, Vice President Commercial Construction Field Operations. Gene joined the company eight years ago and brings a total of 14 years experience with him completing projects ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 square feet. He holds a civil engineering degree from Sinclair College. Gene is a safety committee member of the Ohio Valley Chapter of associated Builders and Contractors.

Kevin Hess, Vice President. Kevin has been a key staff member for six years and brings over nine years of project management experience with him. He has successfully managed the Genesis Project and Landmark Village renovations. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Grove City College.
Ray Bell, Manager Residential Sales. Ray has 26 years experience in the residential construction business. He has been with our company for the past 8 years. Ray has served for seven years on the board of the National Association of Remodeling Industry. Active in the community, Ray services as President of the Ohio Valley Jaycees.
Steve Maloy, Residential Sales. A graduate of Wright State University, Steve has 31 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining the company six years ago, Steve spent 14 years at Dayton Showcase Company and seven years in residential design build.

George Couch, Restoration Estimator. George has over 30 years experience in the general construction industry. Twenty six of which have been in the restoration industry. His experience has been in all aspects of restoration/construction, including subrogation training and spent several years as a self-employed contractor. George is also Certified in Claims Subrogation
Brian Haines, Restoration Estimator/Project Manager. His over 15 years in the construction industry has ranged from foreman for a painting business to a carpenter and ran his own company to very detailed Project Management. Brian has been a past NARI Contractor of the Year Award Winning Designer on various occasions. He has also been active in the local community as a project captain for Rebuilding Together Dayton for several years.
